Book Publishing Services: Special Pricing
ADJUSTED PRICING: $1000 total for remaining steps listed below, in 2 payments of $500. Payment 1 must be received before these phases of work begin, and Payment 2 must be received before final publishing.
ORIGINAL PRICING:
Phase 2: Production
Editing: Suggestions on content, tone, grammar, spelling, etc. $500 for up to 100 pages of a standard 5.5" x 8.5" book size, then $1/page after that. Sometimes disagreements on grammar and spelling can occur in this phase; I use Grammarly and AP standards to show the author the official correct form. The author can then decide to ignore the standards if they wish.
Technical: After your manuscript is complete, it takes time for technical production, which involves formatting it for 3 different versions: paperback, eBook (PDF), and Kindle eBook. $600
Cover Design: 3 rounds of design concept revisions, $125
Phase 3: Publishing
Publishing the book on Amazon as a paperback and Kindle eBook requires that I have access to your Amazon account so that it's all done in your name. There can be several steps and decisions in this process. $200
