If your last post was well over a month ago, many will assume you’re disorganized, flaky, or out of business.

Consistent activity also gets the Meta-algorithm-Gods’ attention much more than a sleepy channel. This means more potential eyes on your work, even if you don’t do paid ads. Social media is also one of the best ways to grow your email list.

Ignoring social media is missing out on loads of potential exposure. Hundreds of millions of real people are active on social media every day.

For any business hoping to look credible and grow, your absolute minimum must be 1 social post/week. But the ideal is 5+ posts/week.

We can help. Our Social Media Plans are designed to increase your exposure, which could lead to more sales. With your review and approval, we create and manage content focused on growing 4 key areas: Followers, Interest, Community, and Sales.

How Pricing Works

Rates: Our Social Media Plans are short-term and flexible, sold in 6-month increments at the rates shown below. If you would like to opt for a 12-month term, we’ll provide a discount.

Renewals: Renewals are purposely not automatic, because we know things change. Toward the end of the term, we’ll ask whether or not you want to renew. If you choose not to renew your Plan, you can always sign up again in the future. There are no penalties, attitudes, or weird hidden fees.

Set-up: If your social media channels and Meta accounts are not yet established, you can try to do that on your own, or we can help. In that case, a one-time $200 set-up fee applies. This one-time fee is waived if you opt for a 12-month term.

Plan-Switching: You can upgrade to a next-level Plan anytime. You can also downgrade, but only after the current Plan is finished.

Payment: Payment for the entire term is due before service begins. Under certain circumstances, this can be split into two payments.

  • With this service, we’ll use your Meta Business Account to add posts to your business Facebook and Instagram accounts.

    Social Media Accounts: 2, Facebook and Instagram. (See below for more options.)

    Number of Posts:
    Basic: 4 posts equalling 8 total posts counting Facebook + Instagram spread out across 4 weeks of each month. $125/month

    Standard: 10 posts equalling 20 total posts. $295/month

    In some months, we recommend a post focused on a national holiday. You'll get to choose which national holidays to acknowledge.

    Timing of Posts: Posts will occur on agreed-to days (eg. every Friday) and approximate time each week based on traffic research.

    Content: A month’s worth of content will be curated and/or created by Austen Agency and sent to you for approval by the 1st of each month. Approval and/or minor edit changes must be given within 5 business days in order to ensure timely posts.

    • The same post will appear in both Facebook and Instagram.

    • Content themes will vary each week and will be discussed and agreed-to after our term begins.

    • 1 - 2 times/month you should expect to answer a few questions and engage with us via email and/or in a call to discuss and help verify your content preferences. This helps us accurately represent your business offerings and values.

    • A Call-To-Action will be included in every post except national holiday posts.

    • Hashtags will be included in every post.

    Community Interactions: This plan does not include moderation and responding to comments and questions from the public. You should have Notifications turned on so that you can see comments or questions on your account and respond accordingly.

    • Our Managed Plan (see below) includes comment moderation and responses.

    • If you would like to add more social media channels to Basic or Standard, add $50/month per image-based channel and $100/month per video-based channel.

    Growth: This Basic & Standard Plans focus on establishing credibility when potential customers are researching your business; these potential customers will see proof that your business is legitimate, current, active, and helpful. The value of this service is a positive influence on your potential customer’s purchasing decisions.

    Your number of followers, Likes and other interactions will likely slowly grow over time simply because you have an active social media presence, but we cannot guarantee it.

  • More posts with more engaging content leads to better traction with social media's algorithms; this in turn increases your chance of gaining more followers. More followers is likely to translate into increased sales.

    With this service, we’ll use your Meta Business Account to add posts to your business Facebook and Instagram accounts, plus one account of your choice.

    Social Media Accounts: 2, Facebook and Instagram + choose between LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, Threads, or Behance. Additional channels (such as TikTok) can be added for a fee.

    Number of Posts: 20 social media posts/month (40 total posts counting Facebook + Instagram + 4 on your 3rd channel), spread out across 4 weeks of each month. In some months, we recommend a post focused on a national holiday. You'll get to choose which national holidays to acknowledge.

    Timing of Posts: Posts will occur on agreed-to days, 5 days/week. We will propose post times based on research.

    Content: A month’s worth of content will be curated and/or created by Austen Agency and sent to you for approval by the 1st of each month. Approval and/or minor edit changes must be given within 5 business days in order to ensure timely posts.

    • The same post will appear in Facebook, Instagram and your 3rd channel.

    • Content themes will vary for each post and will be discussed and agreed-to after our term begins.

    • Interactive Content is required at least once per month, such as a Giveaway, Contest, Customer Spotlight, or other. You will have full approval of the interactive content idea.

    • One Meta Boost is required per month. The minimum spend is $10/week and there's no limit.

    • 1 - 2 times/month you should expect to answer a few questions and engage with us via email and/or in a call to discuss and help verify your content preferences. This helps us accurately represent your business offerings and values.

    • A Call-To-Action will be included in every post except national holiday posts.

    • Hashtags will be included in every post.

    Community Interactions: This plan does not include moderation nor responding to questions and comments from the public. You should have Notifications turned on so that you can see comments or questions on your account and respond accordingly.

    • Our Managed Plan (see below) includes moderation and responses.

    • If you would like to add more social media channels, add $200/month per image-based channel and $500/month per video-based channel. Videos must be created by you to be edited by us, and we will post a maximum of 4/month.

    Growth: Your number of followers, Likes and other interactions will grow over time with this volume and quality of posts. However, we can only guarantee 50 new followers total per term. It is typical to gain more than that with this plan.

  • As your number of Followers grow, so do the comments and questions — both positive and negative. It's critical to engage and manage these communications in order to build a positive reputation.

    This full-service plan is the Growth Plan plus daily weekday review and moderation of social media comments and questions from the public. We'll create and use templated responses to comment types within the first 10 "relevant" (as determined by Meta) comments. Comment types include:

    • Positive feedback: Response is a thank-you with helpful information.

    • Questions: Response is appropriate to the question, typically by providing helpful information.*

    • Negative feedback: Response is appropriate to the feedback, typically providing helpful information and/or direction to your Contact form.

    • Inappropriate content: We will moderate, block and report content deemed unacceptable by each platform's standards.

    *Questions and Escalations: When we're not sure about the answer to a question and/or we feel you should be aware of feedback, we will contact you.

  • A functioning website, whether or not it was built by us.
