If someone took the time to subscribe to your email list, they want and expect to hear from you.
Compared to all other forms of digital marketing, email marketing is one of the most powerful tools to take your art business to the next level. At an absolute minimum, your subscribers should hear from you once a month. If you’re still not sure why, read:

How Pricing Works
Rates: Our Email Marketing Plans are short-term and flexible, sold in 6-month increments at the rates shown below. If you would like to opt for a 12-month term, we’ll provide a discount.
Renewals: Renewals are purposely not automatic, because we know things change. Toward the end of the term, we’ll ask whether or not you want to renew. If you choose not to renew your Plan, you can always sign up again in the future. There are no penalties, attitudes, or hidden fees.
Set-up: All Email Marketing systems require the use of a Business Email address (not a personal email address). If you do not yet have a Business Email address, that would be the first step. Our Business Email Set-Up service is $200.
If you have your Business Email address but have not yet selected an Email Marketing Provider, you can try to do that on your own, or we can help. In that case, a one-time $250 set-up fee applies. We’ll recommend an Email Marketing Provider based on your current digital marketing assets.
If you have both your Business Email address and an account with an Email Marketing Provider, there is no set-up fee; you would just select one of our Plans.
Plan-Switching: You can upgrade to a next-level Plan anytime. You can also downgrade, but only after the current Plan is finished.
Payment: Payment for the term is due before service begins.
PLANS:
With this service, we’ll use your Email Marketing Account to create, test, and send emails to your subscribers. The only difference between the Plans is the number of emails per month.
Number of Emails:
Basic Plan: 1 fully curated and tested email per month. $100/month
Standard Plan: 2 fully curated and tested emails per month. $190/month
Growth Plan: 4 fully curated and tested emails per month (1 per week), plus three subscriber incentive campaigns (within the 6-month term). $550/month
Timing of Emails: Emails will occur on an agreed-to day each month.
Content: The email content will be curated and created by Austen Agency and sent to you for approval 1 week prior to the Send date. Approval and/or minor edit changes must be given within 5 business days in order to ensure timely emails.
Each email will have at least 2 sections plus a linked header and footer.
At least 2 Call-To-Actions will be included in every email.
Content themes will vary for each email and will be discussed and agreed to after our term begins.
At least once per month, you should expect to engage with us via email and/or in a quick call to discuss and help verify your content preferences. This helps us accurately represent your business offerings and values.
You can always create and send additional emails on your own.
Community Interactions: If a subscriber replies to your marketing email, it will appear in your Business Email inbox. Our service does not include reading or responding to your subscribers.

Schedule your free consultation phone call to discuss which level would work best for your goals and budget. Once we agree to work together, we’ll send an agreement and payment link, establish Admin access to your accounts, and get your emails going.
