This content can and should be linked in your email marketing and social media as well. At a minimum, you should create one new content post per month.

How Pricing Works:

The average annual base salary for a Content Marketing Specialist in the United States is $77k. If you’re not yet ready to commit to the cost of a full or part-time marketing employee, yet need help with content development and management, our flexible marketing services are perfect and extremely well-priced for small and solo businesses.

Rates: Our Content Marketing Plans are short-term and flexible, sold in 6-month increments at the rates shown below. If you would like to opt for a 12-month term, we offer 1 month free!

Renewals: Renewals are purposely not automatic, because we know things change. Toward the end of the term, we’ll ask whether or not you want to renew. If you choose not to renew your Plan, you can always sign up again in the future. There are no penalties, attitudes, or weird hidden fees.

Set-up: If your blog is not yet established or formatted, we can help whether your website is built in Shopify, Squarespace, or WordPress. A one-time setup fee of $200 applies.

Plan-Switching: You can upgrade to the next-level Plan anytime. You can also downgrade, but only after the current term is finished.

Payment: Payment for the entire term is due before service begins.

Details:

With this service, we’ll use your website platform’s blog functionality to create a template and together determine the standard blog database components (such as categories, tags, date references, authorship, excerpts, embedded imagery, footer, etc).

Number of Posts:
Choose between:

  • 1 post/month at $30/month ($180 per 6-month term)

  • 3 posts/month at $80/month ($480 per 6-month term)

  • Get 1 month free for either option when you opt for a 12-month term

Timing of Posts: Posts will occur on agreed-to days of the month based on your email & social media marketing strategies, plus key website traffic times.

Content: A month’s worth of content will be curated and/or created by Austen Agency and sent to you for approval by the 1st of each month. Approval and/or minor edit changes must be given within 5 business days in order to ensure timely posts.

  • We’ll propose, source, write, select imagery, test, and post content on your website.

  • When appropriate, we’ll utilize AI for fact- or research-based content, and then fully customize so that the content is unique to your style and site.

  • Each blog post will include a Call To Action with links to your supporting products or services.

  • Content themes will vary and will be discussed and agreed upon after our term begins.

  • 1 - 2 times/month, you should expect to answer a few questions and engage with us via email and/or in a call to discuss and help verify your content preferences. This helps us accurately represent your business offerings and values.

  • A Call-To-Action will be included in every post.

  • Tagging will be included in every post.

Prerequisites:

  • Admin-level access to your chosen content marketing system (your website platform; we can work with almost any system whether or not we built your website).

The Process:

  • Schedule your free consultation phone call to discuss which level would work best for your goals and budget. Once we agree to work together, we’ll send an agreement and payment link, establish Admin access to your accounts, and get your SEO-helpful content rolling!
