Design & Technical Specs for Guided Wellness Cards
APPROVED CLIENT: YOUR PAYMENT INDICATES THAT YOU AGREE WITH ALL THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
This customized Service Agreement includes:
Design of 1 deck of wellness cards, which includes the design of 1 cover used on all cards and 52 unique backs of the cards, which consist of 1 sayings/questions per card.
Cards are the size specifications provided by production vendor Vervante, 1.86 × 4.5.
If another size is requested after the 1.86 × 4.5 design is complete, a $20 change fee will be applied.
Deck box design per speicifcations from vendor Vervante.
Basic communication with Vervante during the project if minor design size changes are needed.
The production cost for the cards is separate, payable to vendor Vervante or the client’s vendor of choice.
This Service Agreement does NOT include:
Full representation with Vervante.
Refunds for unused design work or vendor changes.
