Our service provides peace of mind that your website will be maintained and updated by a professional team with years of website development experience.

APPROVED CLIENT: YOUR PAYMENT INDICATES THAT YOU AGREE WITH ALL THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

This customized Service Agreement includes:

  • Special pricing includes both Guided Wellness + A Floral Event websites.

    • For a 12-month term, pricing is $35/month plus $3/month for the second website, for a total of $38/month for 12 months, which is $456 total.

    • For a 6-month term, pricing is $40/month plus $5/month for the second website, for a total of $45/month for 6 months, which is $270 total.

  • Up to 4 minor changes/month total across both websites. (View list of "minor change" examples below.)

  • Change requests must be initiated through our online form at https://austenagency.com/support so that it enters our tracking system. Sending us an email or text or voice message does not initiate a support request.

  • Change requests will be performed within 3 business days that we are given access to any system(s) required to make the change(s).

  • Payment must be upfront for 6 months; no monthly billing option.

  • There is no auto-renewal at the end of the term. We will alert you then, and you can decide if you want to renew.

  • Almost all of the change requests that we receive from clients qualify as a "minor change". But for any change request that we estimate is more of a small project, we’ll email you with the reason why and provide a time and cost estimate. If you choose to proceed, we'll bill you separately for the service, and it won't count against your Technical Support Plan.

  • Your term begins 1 day after the date of purchase.

  • Austen Agency is not responsible for delays if log-in and other administrative access is not provided to us in order to make the requested changes.

  • This payment is non-refundable. If, for catastrophic reasons, we are no longer able to conduct services, you will be contacted regarding a refund of future unserved months in your term.

This Service Agreement does NOT include:

  • Any written creative content development, including product names, blog posts, headlines, etc. All copy (wording) associated with the change request must be provided by the client; we provide editing only, and often helpful suggestions as we see fit. If you need help with creative content development, that would be a different service.

  • Recurring meetings

  • Social Media posting or backup

  • Business coaching or advice

  • Refunds for unused change requests or time

  • Add or change social media links

  • Add to FAQ (client provides copy)

  • Post a new video or podcast (client provides any copy & link)

  • Add a blog posts with image (client provides copy & image idea)

  • Change Copyright dates with a new year

  • Source an image from stock (client provides description)

  • And more

  • Add, change, or hide a product (client provides copy & image)

  • Edit product image (crop, enhance)

  • Add or change a product/service image

  • Update wording or pricing

  • Add, delete, or rename a shop category

  • Add, delete, or rename tags

Note: For all client-provided written content, we provide visual editing, and all content is also run through our Grammarly service. If there are grammatical or spelling errors, we will let you know and ask if you want these fixed before adding them to your website. We realize that certain grammatical, case, and spelling errors are intentional.
