Our service provides peace of mind that your website will be maintained and updated by a professional team with years of website development experience.
APPROVED CLIENT: YOUR PAYMENT INDICATES THAT YOU AGREE WITH ALL THE FOLLOWING TERMS.
This customized Service Agreement includes:
Special pricing for Woodcreek High School Boys Lacrosse team: $25/month for 8 months of most updates needed historically (Sept 1 - April 30).
Fall 2026: Update website upon request, check Google Drive email monthly for New Player interest form and other relevant emails and forward as needed
Spring 2027:
Update website upon request including boosters info and photos, team photos, player info, public info
Update all Fundraiser terms and options established by team boosters reps/treasurer
Assist with Fundraiser email templates and plan (if requested)
Track all individual Fundraiser orders and report on progress
Track all business sponsor Fundraiser results and report on progress
Add sponsor logos and links to the website
Ensure products and pricing on the Spirit store (via Printful) and report on new purchases
Other tasks within reason (see note below)
Site change requests must be initiated by the team, either by the coach, treasurer or president, submitted to team@austenagency.com
Change requests will be performed within 3 business days.
Payment must be upfront for the term; no monthly billing option.
There is no auto-renewal at the end of the term. We will alert you then, and you can decide if you want to renew.
Note:
Almost all of the change requests that we receive from clients qualify as a "minor change". But for any change request that we estimate is more of a small project, we’ll email you with the reason why and provide a time and cost estimate. If you choose to proceed with any small project, we'll bill you separately for the service, and it won't count against your Technical Support Plan.
Your term begins 3 days after the date of purchase.
Austen Agency is not responsible for delays if log-in and other administrative access is not provided to us in order to make the requested changes.
This payment is non-refundable. If, for catastrophic reasons we are no longer able to conduct services, you will be contacted regarding a refund of future unserved months in your term.
This Service Agreement does NOT include:
Any NEW written creative content development. All copy will be similar to last year’s but with associated date changes. Any new copy should be provided by the client; in those instances we’ll provide editing suggestions if needed.
Recurring meetings
Social Media posting or backup
Business coaching or advice
Refunds for unused change requests or time
